As an entrepreneur you need to exude CONFIDENCE, not arrogance. So what defines a confident person? What does arrogance consist of? Passion and confidence are important attributes for a successful entrepreneur, but make sure these do not manifest themselves as arrogance. Listen... there will always be people who are more experienced than you or more naturally gifted than you, but let me share the one thing that the arrogant don’t get: In no way does that fact diminish your experience, your talents, and your value to others out there.
