We all know that in life if you want quality products then you have to pay a little more for it. We are so consumed with the idea of cheap food that sometimes we forget that the cheapest is by no means the best. While I do not have a Doctorate in Nutrition I would suggest that quality nutrient filled foods are better for our bodies and souls than the conventionaly grown foods. Due to the drive for greater efficency that creates lower priced food Agriculture somewhere along the way forgot it is not about the commodity prices it is about creating quality products that will nourish the world and its people. You as an Investor have a choice to make a difference, every dollar you spend makes a difference. So next time you are out shopping I ask you to stop and think for a moment, Do I want to buy a Porche or a Sunfire?
