We all know we have one side more dominant. We rely on that side and use it more excessively in all actions than the other side. Over years the dominant side stays stronger and the other side gets weaker and more disconnected and susceptible to injury. One day you realize the dominant side is shorter and tighter and wearing away in the joints from overuse that you never felt. This becomes the hip or knee replacement. This poor dominant side just cant keep supporting and moving the entire body. Please give time and energy in bringing your 2 sides to balance. Spend more time releasing the joints, bones and muscles of the dominant side. Spend more time bringing tone and strength, and alignment to the weaker side so it can begin to hold its own.
