We all live our life through familiarity as this is what we believe will keep us safe, even if the occasion or experience is self-sabotaging. Ask yourself the question, what is it keeping you safe from? Could the answer be, “Knowing Your True self”? We fear ourselves because all that we are taught has a negative emotion attached, even if it appears to be a positive experience at the time we are very good at self- sabotaging the situation. Christmas is coming and if you are one of those people that find this celebration a hard place to go as you were told it all about giving, putting emotions aside and being a family and with loved ones. Know that Christmas is more than that it is also understanding and accepting that you can’t change the past. That what was taught to you good or bad, was by those who didn’t know anything else, as it was familiar. Christmas is belief and hope, that wishes do come true and everything will be filled with peace, joy and happiness! Changes are made by the first ripple and then it gathers speed and eventually creates a wave. Please find it in your heart to make the first ripple to greater understanding and acceptance of the things you can’t change by creating your future of unfamiliar change by using the life lessons you have experiences. My Christmas wish for you is that you start on your journey to making choices that you belief in and you start seeking people from love & light to come into your life…………….Changes are made by ownership of choices.
