We all love a Sunday roast. Joint of British beef, lamb or pork or maybe a chicken with all the trimmings including Yorkshire puddings. But apparently when we eat we fall into two groups: a bit of everything on your fork, or tacking each food group individually. Top chef and judge on the BBCs Masterchef, Marcus Wareing, eats his Sunday dinner in order of how much he likes each bit of food on his plate, starting with the potatoes, then stuffing, then meat.
