~ We almost unknowingly took a random toddler boy home w/ us in the truck bed tonight from the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. I did not know that a grandmother placed her grandchild in the truck bed as we were driving forward to leave. When we were all in the truck ready to leave, there was noone around, but within a matter of a few seconds, this all happened. The older woman thought noone was in our vehicle (although our vehicle was running and had its lights on). She claims that she was only playing w/ him as she placed him in the back. Goodness, I would never ever place my child in some random truck bed even for a second. We heard the woman who we think is the mother chase our truck yelling, My baby! and the laughing grandmother hurriedly took the baby out as I stopped after noticing the commotion outside in the rear mirror. Crazy bilaghana women! We were shocked, concerned, in disbelief, yet a tad humored all at once. Hope the baby is in good hands overall. ~
