We always try to make both personal training and group exercise interesting, fun and to push participants within their own levels. Sometimes to do this, we will focus on certain classes and sessions being repeated for a period of 2-4 weeks. This enables participants to adjust to a type of training session, to intensity and to manipulate the session till they get it just right. As much as we like variation, its also important to focus on specific areas. Mental stamina is just as important as physical. You get out what you put in.
