We appreciate his neatly trimmed facial hair but unfortunately Anwar lost his return to colony certificate en route home and was detained. After many frantic calls and telegrams he was finally allowed passage home. It turns out he was confused for Anwar Kaka and the replacement certificate was wrongfully issued to Mr Kaka. Anwar Kakas application doesnt have a photograph but is accompanied by a handprint.
