We are 99% sure weve picked the plan where we will be the least screwed in 2015. Thanks to Barack Obama, Kay Hagan and her Democratic cohorts, we cant keep our plan. It is no longer affordable. Our other option is only slightly more affordable. At the beginning of the year, we will be wading through a sea of pre-auths in hopes to get IGG, a blood product my son infuses weekly, approved by the new insurance company before he misses a dose. Wouldnt life with chronically ill kids be better if we could focus on their medical needs and upcoming procedures and surgeries? Nope, we couldnt have that or the promised $2500/year savings on premiums. AND because Obama and Hagan lied about being able to keep our plan, we also have to worry about keeping the boys SDS and Mito specialists. Im angry with the Democrats for passing #Obamacare and Im angry with the Republicans for funding it. IF Republicans maintain control of the House and gain control of the Senate, this mom right here will be holding them accountable. I may bring each of them a broomstick to shove up their bleep so they have a spine. I want to see intestinal fortitude. I want them to stand up to Barack and #DefundObamacare like they should have done last year. I want them to #repeal the law and just let #Obama add another #EpicFail to his already failed legacy. They wont. Theyll pull a Boehner and cry, We cant do anything because Obama is still president and we want to win in 2016. All they care about: Power, money and re-election. I honestly think it matters very little who controls the Senate-maybe for SCOTUS nominations, but very little else. We need new leadership. Dont #vote for squishes.
