We are currently hiring fresh graduates for an Associate Consultant - Recruitment and Search opportunity to be based in our Bangalore operations. Job role: 1. To act as a Consultant to the Senior leadership team /Board of various companies and helping them building their company by providing them exceptional talent OR helping them advancing their career 2. Extensive Marketing and Networking to develop new clients in the designated industry sector or discipline and secure job orders from new and existing clients. 3. 360 degree Search and Placement 4. To act as a Knowledge manager for the Niche assigned . 5. Provide recruitment solutions to new and existing clients 6. Achieve revenue, profit and number of placement targets month on month basis for self. 7. Stay focused on KPIs. 8. Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business. 9. Build strategic relationships with key clients. 10. Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system for Candidates 11. Collaborate with Antal offices across the globe to maximize sharing business whilst promoting sharing of knowledge about clients and candidates. 12. Prepare and submit annual budgets, plans and periodic progress reports to the Managing Partner and monitor performance to ensure budget achievement. 13. Develop and adhere to approved policies and procedures. 14. Carry out any other duties as assigned Requirement: Graduates -BBA, BBM, BCom Year of pass - 2013 Percentage - Aggregate 60% and above Excellent communication skills
