We are HOME!!! I wrote about our epic adventure in last nights journal - you can find that link in the comments below. Right before the storm, I bought this new - I dont even know what to call it... its not a swing, its not a bouncer, but its a MIRACLE, thats for sure. Its called a mamaRoo and I really missed it while we were at the hotel. It mimics the way a Mother (or anyone, really) would hold and bounce and sway with a baby. This You Tube video is Hopes first ride in the mamaRoo and, as you can see, it puts her right to sleep. As a matter of fact, she just fell asleep in it right now as Im typing this. This thing is genius. Were so happy to be home. And were so grateful to the crews that worked day and night - in dangerous conditions - to restore our power.
