I am licensed through California as a small day care, therefore I provide a home like environment with an introduction into a preschool like curriculum in an educational environment. Being that this is your childs first experience with outside child care this would be a great start! I have my teaching credential and plenty of experience with children! Curriculum includes morning circle with plenty of songs and an introduction into the calendar, ABCs, shapes, colors, and numbers. Music & Movement to develop those large motor skills and burn off that energy. Arts & Crafts to experience a variety of art forms and create wonderful pieces of arts for our parents. Cooking to become familiar with mathematics through baking and eating. Science exploration. Free play for socialization and much more. I will create a curriculum around your childs needs! You will see what we are doing through parent newsletters and an individual binder that shows what your child is working on and accomplishments
