Draughtsmans (3-7 yrs experiences) a. Able to produce technical drawings with high accuracy and of construction standard. b. Good interpersonal communication skills. c. Willingness to accept vertical skill development (training to handle increased responsibilities). d. Certificate in Autocad Drafting an advantage. 3.Interior Architect/Designer a. Able to conceptualize new ideas. b. Keen interest and up-to-date with the design trends / materials / fabrication methodology. c. Able to produce computer generated perspective. d. Knowledge of Autocad, SketchUp, 3-D Max or Intericad preferred. e. Bachelors degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
