We are a high school from Izmir,Turkey.Our students are between 15-18 years old.We have both boy and girl students,but most of them are girls.We give education from the 9th class to the 12th class. In our classrooms we have smart boards and our students and teachers have got tablet pcs so we use the latest technology in our lessons. We have students council and parents committee. The aim of our school is to give our students both high school education and religious education.When they graduated from school our students may study theology,law,management,history,engineering,literature,medicine etc.. Our students are very active.There is a theatre club,sports club,music club etc.The students have chance to act and to sing.They also have teams and can play football,volleyball and table tennis.There are competitions among the classes and schools. We have celebrations on different occasions such as Teachers Day,Independence Day,Youth Festival,and on some religious festivals. Our students study English and Arabic at the same time.They also learn how to recite The Holy Quran. Both students and teachers are socially active,they organize various activities or participate in the events.We ,the teachers,attend seminars and courses. As a school we would like to be a partner in an Erasmus + KA2 Project.This partnership will be a unique chance for us to have new experience ,approach and learn methods and methodology to enrich ourselves.It will be a great oppurtunity to learn different cultures and experience the value of intercultural understanding in the World in contemporary Europe.
