We are a rapidly growing management company catering for the lettings industry, as well as private jobs, who are looking for a new member to join our team. We work with a lot of different agencies and are therefore looking for somebody that can organise themselves to do a number of different jobs in one day, over a number of different locations within the north east. The successful applicant will be a good communicator, as they will be corresponding with the office, the agencies, and the tenants on a regular basis. This is achieved using both phone and email, which means a good level of written and spoken English is vital, as well as a good grasp of technology. The tasks that will be asked of you are very varied and range from changing light bulbs to resealing baths or changing taps, and from a spot of painting to investigating leaks and re hanging doors. so a wide range of skills are required and the ability to problem-solve is essential. We are looking to employ somebody full-time on the basis that the successful applicant will grow with the job as their skills and expertise increase, and there will also be the opportunity to complete some small qualifications along the way. In an industry where we are known for being reliable, we are looking for an employee that can uphold our values and that we can invest in.
