We are all a little less active in our glutes than we want to be. We mostly sit at a desk for 8 hours a day OR if you have a little one, breastfeeding and carrying them can take its toll on your chest muscles pulling on your neck and causing neck tension. Here is a very quick exercise you can do at home. It will stretch out your bicep and chest muscles and strengthen and mobilize your upper back, glutes and hamstrings. NB: if you are post pregnancy are suffering from carple tunnels syndrome, try to perform this on your knuckles otherwise you could increase the pain in the arm.
