We are all descended from one race--the human race. The definition of racism is claiming one race to be superior to another. I think most Americans really dont have a view that fits that definition. In my opinion, the greatest problem seems to cultural, not racial. Whites, blacks, Mexicans all descended from one race--the human race. When a culture, whether white supremacists, hip-hop, hill-billy, Hollywood, welfare, etc. begins to teach propaganda to gain adherents, its likely to result in a wrong world view that gets repeated in that culture. We ought not promote nor condemn a race based on skin color. Period. I get criticized a lot for being a Christian. We all get criticized for things we do and things we believe, but we cannot demand nor legislate that people must not criticize others. I have black friends who are not of the victimhood mentality and they seem to be happy and successful. Look up and read about George Washington Carver who was a black American scientist, inventor, and botanist born into slavery. He looked for opportunity and found it instead of looking for reasons why he would be defeated. He is a hero. May his tribe increase.
