We are all for detoxing (but healthily and safely) but not dieting. Why put yourself through a so called 90 day detox or any other diet/food challenge etc, only to find you will put on even MORE weight then you started with, once the diet is over and you return to your usual lifestyle? If you are serious about changing your health, shape, weight or size, quickfixes should not be even thought about. To transform your body, you need to transform your mind too: make EVERYDAY a healthy choice, no dieting, just good old fashioned healthy eating with moderate daily exercise. YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE, DO IT RIGHT, EVERYDAY!
