We are all set for our third Halloween in PNW. In SoCal we decorated the beginning of Oct and on Halloween we usually had about 300 trick or treaters. So, our first year here on our quiet street, we decorated, waited, and had a total of one trick or treater. Last year (year two) we had 7 trick or treaters. This year we decorated the first week in Oct and even with our cutting back from SoCal days, Lily and Charlie have been delighted with the outdoor decorations daily. So it really doesn’t matter if we get trick or treaters this year or not, nor does it matter if the wind and rain ruins it all before the actual day, we have already fully enjoyed the season with the girls.
