We are almost finished with the greatroom at the Irons Road House. Craig and Rondi Curry will probably be done by the weekend. I love the new light-colored walls, the light antique white cabinets and black granite countertops, all of which go very well with the existing cherry island. They need to install the cabinet crown molding, some floor tiles, appliances, and fireplace surround. Bedrooms and baths are done. Appraiser coming later this week then I will decide whether to sell or rent it. I will be happy to see this 3-year project finished!
