We are appealing for information following an incident of damage to a vehicle on Darby Crescent, Hilltop, Ebbw Vale in the early hours of Saturday 28th November. Police are trying to identify a male youth who was in the area at the time. The male was accompanied by a distinctively marked Staffordshire bull terrier dog. The dog was mainly black in colour, with four white feet, a white chest and a white tipped tail. If anyone has information about the identity of the man they are asked to call 101 quoting log number 35 28/11/14
