We are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Bletchley earlier today. Shortly after 3.30pm, a number of teenagers were involved in an altercation in Whaddon Way, Bletchley. One teenage boy was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital with two wounds. His injuries are not life threatening. Officers are working to establish the circumstances of the incident. There have not been any arrests at this time. Investigating officer Det Sgt Ian Holmes said: “We are working hard to establish exactly what happened in Whaddon Way earlier today, which resulted in a boy being taken to hospital with what are believed to be stab wounds. “This is a very serious incident so if you were involved in this altercation, or know someone who is, then get in touch with us immediately. “We believe there may have been people also with mobile phones who may have recorded what took place. If you saw the incident, please get in touch so we can establish what happened. “Thankfully the boy’s injuries are not life threatening but this could have been a lot more serious. Officers are in the area this evening so please don’t hesitate to approach one of them.” Anyone with information is asked to contact Det Sgt Holmes on 101.
