I am seeking top candidates for the following positions... 3 full time warehouse associates (Pay starts at $9/hr) - Must have previous warehouse experience - Must have high school education 2 full time screen printers operator - Minimum 3 years of screen printing experience - Must be have the knowledge to -Distinguish colors. -Assure quality control in printing processes. -Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications. -Adjust production equipment/machinery setup. -Clean equipment or machinery. -Setup production equipment or machinery. 2 Temporary (4 month cotract) Customer Service Representatives - Pay rate: $13.50/hr - Must have previous customer service experience - Preferably 2 years of college completed - Responsibilites will consist of: • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. • Opening customer accounts by recording account information. • Maintaining customer records by updating account information. • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. • Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
