We are asking you within your own physicalities, when you receive these feelings, when you worry about the pain, when you put the attention on what is wrong in the body, you are doing exactly what we are asking you not to do. So the next time you feel something out of sorts, you feel that discomfort, when you feel the pain that you speak of, we are going to ask you to remember the feeling without the pain, and this is the difficulty for you do not. You are not aware of how your body feels unless there is pain. Something to contemplate, is it not? For you are so used to it to being a certain way, that the only time you notice when it is not, is when it is different than when it is in its quiet state. So you are more aware of your lungs when you are coughing than when breathing. You are more aware of your functional body systems when they are not functioning in the way you are used to having them function. You are not at any given time aware of any of those things unless and until something goes wrong. Perhaps you are being asked to look at these places within self to know how they feel when they are functional instead of when in your mind they are mis-functioning, misfiring, missing the comfort you have become familiar with. We know that you already believe you have become more sensitive because of what you feel, but you again are missing the point. You are only feeling when it is not right. You are not feeling when it is right. You only feel your anger, and your anger makes you aware of what it is that is out of place for you. We are asking you instead to feel your joy and to put your energy there. We are asking you instead of feeling the pain, we are asking you to put your energy into feeling and knowing how it feels when there is no pain instead of waiting for the pain to knock on your door to say this is what happens when you do not pay attention. We are going to ask you to be aware of how you would like yourself to feel instead of waiting for something to happen so you know that you do indeed feel for there are many out there who do not. There are many out there who have closed down to their very feeling. There are many out there who have chosen not to respond with any emotionality for they think that that is a form of weakness, and we are telling you it is just the opposite - it is your form of strength for that emotionality is a large part of what the new energies are about. - The Many
