Even the economically backward (SC, ST etc) families should be supported till the time they are of their own and then, they identify their own strength and reinforce it further. Moreover, Govt should also pay notice to NPA in all public sector banks and try to reduce it. Any external investor will be attracted only if our financial systems and procedures are tight and balanced.
