We are at it again WANTED: TALENT AND DEDICATED LEADERS Serious Inquiries Only A High School Reunion requires a large commitment of both time and energy on the part of committee members. As the Chairperson, I am seeking leaders who will and can display good organizational skills, social and communications skills, and motivational techniques to help create a smooth and productive process of planning our High School Reunion for 2015. If you believe that you have any of the listed attributes and you are interested in joining our team, please respond no later than March 30, 2014, so we can move forward to have a successful event. The following is a list of the Committee seats that need to be filled. Please advise which committee you are interesting in as being the Chair Head or to assist with: Chair: Already fill. Co-Chair: Already fill. Vendor Liaison: Already fill Secretary (works with each committee chair): Keep excellent records of all meetings, task tracking, create and distribute correspondence. Treasurer/Finance Chair: To keep track of the budget and all expenses, make deposits and dispersements, collect donations and payments, develop an e-payment system, and monitor funds . Public Relations/Marketing/Media: Develop theme, create various channels of promotions (i.e. internet, email, mail, and network.) Community Outreach Chair/ (works with treasurer): Arrange donations and sponsorships from local organizations. Also, procure souvenirs and other memorabilia’s, and create name badges.. .
