Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, you will be surprised where you will be at the end of Summer Shape Up! We have a fantastic summer planned and cannot wait to share it with you. We have some awesome new programs and incentives to give you great motivation and results! Summer Shape Up 2013 will be our best Summer yet! It isn’t to late to sign up if you haven’t yet! Summer Shape Up 2013 begins tomorrow, Tuesday, June 11, 2013. Times available are 5:45am, 7:30 am, 8:30am, 5:00pm, UBC at 6:00 pm. Each class is 50 minutes of great workouts, motivation, endless support, tips for a healthier lifestyle and suggested meal plans and recipes are available. This is a 7 Week program to a New You!!!! Speed, Agility and Flexibility on Tuesday at 4:00pm for ages 8 to 12. $35 for the whole summer begins tomorrow.
