We are back from Autumns appointment and received great results! Autumns ultrasound was clear and her blood work looked great. Also, since Autumn is 1 year outside of treatment and all her ultrasounds this far have been clear, we no longer need to have routine ultrasounds!!! Our next appointment is in 3 months and will include blood work, an oncology visit and an echo cardiogram. The echo cardiogram is to check on Autumns heart since one of the medications she received during chemotherapy has the potential to cause heart problems. She will likely receive routine, annual echo cardiograms to monitor her heart. Thank you to everyone for the kind, encouraging and thoughtful words, and for the prayers. We are feeling very blessed!!! While at our appointment we were able to visit with some of our favorite doctors and nurses and even had a chance to have lunch with Payton and her mom!
