We are back from St. Louis. We had to take our son Brennon for another check up on his arm. He no longer has to wear the brace, and is released for PE as long as he doesnt have any arm pain. However, on our last visit it was optional for him to have physical therapy or to let him try to do the excersises on his own to get the full motion back in his arm. We didnt do the physical therapy and let him work on it on his own at his own pace. He has done really good, he has what they call functional range of it but unfortunetly not full range like he needs to have. He will start physical therapy on it Wednesday and we will go back to the doctor in 6 weeks depending on how his therapy goes and if they think he needs to go back. Hopefully, with the therapy he will get the full motion back. He is so close to having it now, so it shouldnt be an issue we hope.
