We are back home again. Jim had his CT scan this past Thursday. He did not throw up the contrast dye vanilla smoothies they had given him before the scan because I insisted they give him more than half an hour to drink it. He felt odd afterward, but I am attributing that to that contrast dye on an empty stomach. Due to the holidays, we will not hear about the scan results until we see Dr. Al-Kasspooles at KU Med Center on Jan 7. We hate not knowing and having to wait, but will keep busy and enjoy life doing the things we love doing. In the meantime, I am working on providing handspun yarn for 2 local yarn stores. So I will at least feel productive even if the yarns do not sell.
