We are both soooo sore! But have accomplished so much...and made delicious dinner...salmon patties (and made them the way Mama told me to!), potato fritters, steamed squash with onions and bell peppers, and stewed okra (thanks Tammy Carswell Hampton). Ive cooked everything in olive oil, added flax seed to both salmon patties and potato fritters. I didnt make any dessert tonight but have plenty of fresh fruit. We really are trying our best to eat healthy...plus weve eaten all the ice cream and not been back to the store...and Im out of cokes...lol....
