Hes also ardently wooing Marianne, whose divorce is about to be final. Apparently a truly great guy, he later reveals the ruthless streak underneath his perfect exterior… (we see Sean as a great looking man, 30 to 45 cauc. very confident, if they have a military background great! But not necessary. He has to be able to be a great guy with the ability to turn on a dime…show us his acting chops that he can be this great guy, but show us with his acting that he can also be a ruthless dude that wants what he wants…) Maddie 21, this stylish hottie works at the greeting card company. Wowed by Sean, whom she considers a perfect Adonis, shes fascinated by his attempts to woo her boss, Marianne, who is in the final phase of her divorce from Billy… (Maddie is a 21 year old hottie, but she has brains, lets see young ladies that have the looks but the brains…80% caucasian, but will see anyone that is a minority that fits this character) Donatello/Man in overcoat and fedora A mysterious figure in a long overcoat and fedora hat, hes Taylors guardian angel, who has been sent from heaven to monitor her progress with Billy and Marianne. When it seems she has failed in her mission, he comforts her as he escorts her back to their heavenly home...2 speeches & 7 lines, 7 scenes. (Character-great actor…think along the lines of these actors:James Brolin,Bruce Campbell, Colm Feore, Christopher Lloyd, Malcolm McDowell, Colm Meany, Peter Weller.) Officer Evans This grim uniformed cop shows up at Billy and Mariannes house when they report a lost little girl. Unable to see little Taylor, hes becoming increasingly miffed -- especially when he winds up mysteriously handcuffed...3 speeches & 10 lines, 2 scenes. (We want to see very STRONG characters for this role, 80% AA male, 20% open to actors you feel strong about. He has done his job over and over, must be able to kill this in audition, tired, been there, but having a slight soft spot. Pamela Burke A social worker from child services, she clearly thinks that Marianne and Billy are quite mad, and she flees their house…1 speech & 1 line, 2 scenes. ( we would like to see all ethnicities, but we want strong actresss… her character is so tired, she has been there done that…so strong acting, quick read…) scene is with Officer Evans George/ Mailman This mailman chats with Billy, whom he is startled to find atop a high tree in his front yard...5 lines, 1 scene. Guy/young male lover This annoyed young man, who is smooching in the park with his girlfriend, is creeped out to see Billy staring resentfully at them...1 line, 1 scene. Girl #1 One of three female employees cheerfully greet their boss, Billy...1 line, 1 scene apiece. Girl #2 One of three female employees cheerfully greet their boss, Billy...1 line, 1 scene apiece.
