We are celebrating the two year anniversary of President Obamas Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initiative. Thanks to this executive order any person under 31 years old that was brought to the United States before the age of 16 can apply for a 2 year work visa. After two years, this program has proven to be the right policy and has transformed the lives of 550,000 undocumented immigrants, including thousands in New York City.
