We are coal mining company is seeking urgently for qualified candidate to fill the position as follow : 1. MINE PLANNER Job Description : o Produce short term mining plans o Daily interaction with production geologists to maintain a sound understanding of the coal tonnes are being extracted o Daily interaction with workers to monitor work progress, fuel, heavy equipment and consumables consumption o Daily interaction with surveyors to ensure mine plans are understood and marked-up on time o Produce production layouts for development o Constant updates of the short term mine plan with respect to the long term mine plan o Manage subcontractor o Creation of advance reports for payment of contract workers, wages, etc o Development of long term mining plans Qualifications : o Bachelor degree (S1/Mine Engineering) o Having min 5 years working experience in mining industry, especially coal mining. o Short term and long term planning experience. 2. KTT (Kepala Teknik Tambang) Job Description : o Prepare strategy and annual Environmental Program, Conceptualization of budget and man power plan in Environment. o As management representative of Environment Management System. o Maintain all report compliance to the government. o Coordinate and implement effective mine closure. Qualifications : o Bachelor degree (S1/Preferably from Geology or Mine Engineering). o Having certificate POM and POU (KTT). o Min. 10 years of work experience and as a KTT minimal for 5 years. o Able to work under pressure and manage team. o Good relationship with related government. o Having knowledge of Mining Acts, Rules and Regulations. o Having good understanding of mining operations. o Experienced in mine design, planning and scheduling with knowledge of mining software. o Result oriented, attention to detail, good analytical and interpersonal skill, strong communication skill, self motivated and proactive, well organized, able to work in cross cultural environment. o Computer literate and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels in English and Bahasa Please send your latest resume and put the job position as your email subject to : herisanarisa@yahoo Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
