We are confident in the salvation of the souls of baptized into Christ who came before us because no matter their shortcomings, they confessed their faults one to another (James 5:16). Our fathers and grandfathers, for the most part, were more humble that we are! Yet, religions of men have confused many of us in the church today to where we now teach that “angelos” cannot possibly identify a Christian, a spiritual minister, or working spirit (cf. Heb. 1:14 note angels of Heb., 1 & 2 were simply the Old Testament Prophets), because if we allowed men to be identified as angels preeminent men and heretics would be exposed as angels of Satan (cf. Col. 2:18; I Cor. 6:3). One great tragedy of the clergy/lay system is that we cannot even begin to comprehend Revelation as the Holy Spirit is seen in the vision as Seven Spirits or the Seven “Angelos” before the throne of God. (Note: I am not saying that the Holy Spirit is Seven Angels, but that He is represented as showing us the wrath of God in the vision as Seven Angels – of course there are not seven literal angels/spirits of the Holy Spirit). Of course the misuse of the Transliteration /Anglicization “angel” is the door where heresy, preeminence and wolves enter in to the church. It starts, however, with men believing they have an authority as did the Apostles in the first century, that men today must obey them and be fed by them as if they were apostles, or have the gift of the Holy Spirit (cf. Heb. 13:7, 17: Acts 20:28ff). The end result is that everyone talks and nobody listens (Titus 1:10, 11; James 4:1). Further heretics believe they have the right to mark or identify false teaching for the church, and that the world and church is subject to their judgment, just as if it was the Holy Spirit’s judgment. Consider how the Holy Spirit had the expectations that Christians avoid the man who had his father’s wife in I Cor. 5, and who He marked (I Cor. 5:3-5). It is an important distinction to realize that the man who had his father’s wife was not given a chance to defend Himself, as he was being judged by God (the Holy Spirit already knew his heart and his lack of defense) not man. Of course I Corinthians was delivered to the church, and now we all have written instructions on how (by using the completed bible) as individuals, every one of us are to both mark and then avoid those who we individually find unqualified to worship with (cf. 2 John 8-11; Matt. 18:17; Eph. 5:11; James 3:1; I John 4:1, etc. all). The belief that men have the gift of the Holy Spirit today, or the same authority as the Holy Spirit, or that men can demand that others avoid “certain” men at their judgment is illustrated by the belief that modern men can be New Testament Christians and that God is still delivering His word to the world today through men, that men are being fed God’s word through men, as they were in the first century (Heb. 13:7, 17). These heretics (men seldom realize that they are heretics except their brethren love them enough to let them know) grant us the right to obey the “great commission” (their and the Catholics description of the duty of New Testament Christians) or to obey first principles, then they believe then second principles are to be “fed” to the church at their own discretion – that they decide which second principles that the church is to subject itself too and when! This of course has resulted in many people thinking that the gospel is only first principles and so many Christians just playing “church” and feeling satisfied with preaching that is determined sound by their clergy, that they then have no need to prove all things (scripture) and hold fast to that which is good! This too tragically, this has resulted in governments following the lead of men playing church, in that they too find the need to only be obedient to certain things of their own discretion. This has resulted and will result in the ruin of many souls and nations! But our duty today, our whole duty, our whole commission is to take the gospel to the world, not first principles, not books of men, not sermons about what the world needs, without consideration of the whole counsel of God. Our duty is to give attention to reading of God’s word – all of it! Act 2:21 And it shall come to pass (after the bible is completed R.M.), that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord (both first principles [i.e. Baptism Acts 22:16] and second – all of God’s commands R.M.) shall be saved (ultimately on the last day cf. Heb. 6:1, 2; Rev. 10:9-11 R.M.). So how do we read the gospel to the whole world? Certainly was much more complicated before modern technology! Today we can utilize a school. I am not trying to discourage congregations of the Lord’s Church, as I know of nothing better in this world that worshiping together with like-minded Christians. However, as a whole, we do not know the whole bible, or even how to worship together, as too many times we have over emphasized our buildings rather than simply God and ourselves (cf. Psalms 8:4, 5 A.S.V.). I have started an online school, and it is not my school, not even your school but it is Christ’s school, it is His word! My plans are to simply read every book of the bible, and then give commentary. The church’s work then is to prove all things. When you identify mistakes I made based upon the whole of God’s word (Grammar police welcomed as well!) let me know, we will go back and correct that chapter. Of course too as we grow we will allow chapters to be replaced by men who do a better job. I would love it, if in the future we could have the entire bible available to all men worldwide, delivered by preachers, better than I, and where I could simply be a director of the school. Imagine how simple of a matter it would be to hand a friend or relative a business card with a web address on it – that would give them online access to the reading and commentary, by the church, of every chapter in the word of God, so that they could learn the bible, any of it and all of it, and learn what you are all about, without all of the soul winning “gimmicks” that we usually utilize (ie. books, tract, fruit baskets, baskets, school supplies, etc. note: I do not have to look for people to help financially, as most of us have those opportunities daily, I do want to utilize evangelistic efforts that simply involve reading the book of Revelation to people as Revelation is about God the Father raising “us up together, and sitting us together in heaven with Christ Jesus (cf. Eph. 1:20) That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus..” Eph. 2:6, 7 in vision). I know that you all have been concerned about how we can all believe the same things (I Cor. 1:10). It comes about by simple logic, but the reason we have not agreed is because we did not know all of God’s word and we had no ability then to rightly divide! Why don’t you contact me, and I will help you turn the world back right side up, and you can help me too! I know that so many of you want to do all of God’s will, but that you have not before realized how open of a door of opportunity you had! And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.
