We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Director for our start-up client and we would like to give a chance to Senior Team Leads to progress in their career. Solid sales experience of at least 5 years working in a BPO environment! Sales Operations Director Location: BGC, Taguig Dayshift! (9 AM – 6 PM) Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated professionals to join our team. The Sales Operations Director provides operational leadership to the sales team in generating revenue and achieving excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. • Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. • Define and implement KPIs for Sales team, in alignment with the Sales Strategy and Operational Plan. • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. • Manage client operations including planning, development, implementation and maintenance. • Meet or exceed account objectives and team targets for revenue and client satisfaction. • Provide effective training and coaching of team heads for continuous process improvement and employee development. What we’re looking for: • At least 7 to 10 years’ experience in Sales Operations preferably in the BPO/ Contact Center industry. • At least 5 years managerial experience handling a team in sales and/or customer service. • Experience in strategic planning and execution • Knowledge of structuring sales quota and revenue expectations • Excellent People Management experience • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Sales drive and results focused • Motivated and organized individuals with a passion for Sales, Customer Service, Business Development and/ or the Philippines Real Estate Industry. • Knowledgeable in the real estate market and adept with brokers and developers. • Excellent analytical skills and able to come up with ‘out of the box’ ideas. • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and work well across all departments. • Graduate of any Business/Management course or related. • Please send your resume to byu@viventis-search Referrals are very much appreciated!
