We are currently looking for an HR Training Officer for one of our client here in Cebu.. Pls. see job description below for further details.. Job Responsibilities: Provides input in planning the annual training plan. Assists the OD/ER Manager in relation to training development. Plot and scheduled the monthly training plan. Ensures that targeted participant have joined and finished the training. Prepares training report. Provides input in the design and review of the competency based training curriculum. Provides input in the development and review of training policies and procedures. Maintains training records. Conducts training need analysis. Create training modules. Facilitate Training and development program. Conducts and develops behavioral/general management development training programs. Job Requirements: Graduate of a 4 year course, preferably in Psychology, Human resource management, Business Management or related field. At least 5 years’ experience in HR, handling training activities. Experience as Training officer from a manufacturing company is preferred. Ability to design and facilitate training to include instuctor-led, distant learning and Computer based training. Good communication skills. Excellent training and facilitation skills.
