We are currently seeking an professional with experience in ISO to work as a consultant for a global project (located in Sydney). Reporting to the Franchise Specialist, you will be responsible of developing procedures and manuals for an expansion project. Your key objectives will be to optimize, standardize and structure the company’s functions, procedures, manuals and projects based on a specific structure. The ideal candidate will have the following competences and skills: • Bachelor degree in: o Industrial engineer o Business management • Prior experience in ISO o Identifying areas of non compliance o Improve corporate areas to meet ISO requirements o Gather information to compile manuals o Creating KPI’s o Create operational manuals Procedures (compulsory and non compulsory procedures) Functions Processes Presentation of certification • Prior franchising experience o Development o Management o Recruitment o Audit • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Proven influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Strong interpersonal & coaching skills. • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced & demanding environment • High attention to detail • Accuracy • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. • Ability to work independently • Flexibility • Time management • Maintain privacy of business information • Desirable: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course You will be required to: • Through consultation, develop appropriated procedures and documentation required to comply with ISO 9001. • Create and maintain all documents related to ISO compliance. • Through effective communication ensure workers are aware of their responsibilities regarding compliance with the Quality, Health and Safety and Environment Standards. • Develop an annual Internal ISO audit schedule and ensure internal audits are completed as per the schedule. • Train employees in ISO regulation topics • Conduct internal audits at all sites of ISO related policies and procedures, follow-up on any non-compliance to ensure corrective actions have been completed, and recommend opportunities for improvement. • Provide a monthly report to Senior Management detailing ISO compliance activity, actions related to internal auditing, and an overall summary of ISO status. • Strategic planning to promote continual improvement.
