We are delighted to announce that two new ISK Traditional Paddling Events are open for registrations. The first event is a Greenland Paddle Demo Day on June 28th, this will give you a unique opportunity to help you find the preferred Greenland Paddle. You will be able to try a wealth of different paddles from over 10 different paddle makers, putting them through their paces paddling around a training course on Lake Independence. The second event is an Advanced Greenland Paddle Skills session on August 16th, we will learn the different ways the Greenland Paddle works including draw strokes, sculling, how to extend our Greenland paddles and maximize their effectiveness, enhance our turning abilities and maximize their power and efficiency for strokes, turns and rolls.
