We are disappointed to read the cautionary tale of Cuddles Cat Café in Singapore and the poor treatment the animals suffered there. We acknowledge that sometimes our patrons may find us stern about matters regarding feeding the cats; washing hands, and over-handling them. We try our very best to monitor those issues and have gone so far as to ban guests who have knowingly and repeatedly disregarded these requests during their visit. The story of Cuddles Cat Café explains, better than we ever could, why these measures are important for our cats and we thank our guests for their ongoing understanding about our cafe rules.
