We are ecstatic to finally reveal our expansion plans to our wonderful customers who have been anxiously waiting. Our secret shipment is, in fact, a wood-fired pizza oven, hand-crafted and imported from Naples, Italy! Here is a video of it being lifted into its new home today — coming in hot! We are thrilled to announce the addition of a pizzeria to our growing business which will offer BOTH authentic Napoletano pizza as well as traditional pizza. We are blessed beyond words to have been able to transform our family business from a small bread bakery to an Italian emporium. The Collegeville Italian Bakery is now truly a one-stop-shop! We are excited to embark on this new journey, carrying on our families’ Old World traditions while continuing to provide our customers with an authentic Italian experience. We couldn’t have done any of this without the love, loyalty and continued support of all of you, our incredible customers, as well as our family, staff and close friends. Your patience and words of encouragement throughout this extensive process has been greatly appreciated.
