We are embarrassingly behind on so many things--the taxes not paid on money hiding out of the country have affected our progress--looks as if Chinese know where to put the American money. We build the factory, they own 51%, we share ideas--they gain the know how to manufacture--rich get richer--our country falls behind--our infrastructure crumbles and now a new trade agreement--terrific! Third world here we come.
