We are ever grateful to the people of Vision Long Island who consistently supports Leadership by enabling us to attend events for free, sometimes even including the whole Class! Their Smart Growth Awards today was fantastic. Special congrats to a few of the honorees, including longtime friend Joy Squires, and new friend Michael Schoolman from the Class of 2013. Standing above so many other worthy award recipients, we bow down to our extraordinary neighbors to the south for their herculean volunteer efforts to help each other in the wake of Superstorm Sandy and to show us all what community really means.
