We are excited to have a Winston Smith original woodcarving to RAFFLE off in support of Wye Marsh. Winston, a member of the Wye Marsh Association of Woodcarvers has been recognized with several national and international awards. His carvings are remarkable pieces of art that truley capture the beauty of nature. Tickets are just $5 with only 500 tickets printed. The carving is valued at $1,200. Tickets are available at Wye Marsh. All proceeds from the raffle will go to the Friends of Wye Marsh. The carving was kindly donated to the Friends of Wye Marsh by the Woodcarvers Association. THANK-YOU to all of our woodcarvers! If you are interested in taking up woodcarving, come by the marsh every Tuesday 1pm - 5pm and 7pm - 9:30pm.
