We are extremely sorry that our website has crashed this morning. We are working hard to get this sorted asap. Unfortunately some bookings were able to be made and we have made the decision to honour all bookings made that have a confirmation email. So just to clarify if you have a confirmation email your booking will be honoured. We have been able to release one extra tour for Glasgow Central Station and this will be released along with the launch of all bookings. Unfortunately at the moment we cannot give a time for the bookings reopening however we will update you as soon as we know. We are extremely sorry that this has happened and can only apologise for the inconvenience, hassle and disappointment caused. Unfortunately all we can do now is try to remedy the situation and we hope you can understand all of our decisions and actions made.
