We are getting closer to Farm Show and below is some helpful information, as well as, Volunteers needed to help everything go smoothly. Friday, Jan 9th = Slack for 1 run in Barrels & Poles, & 2 runs of Goat Tying. This will not begin until 7 pm, at the very earliest. Saturday, Jan 10th = Mandatory Membership Meeting @ 8 am. 1st Perf. will start 9 am and the 2nd Perf. will start 5 pm. Please remember that there will be approx. an hour break during the 1st Perf., roughly starting between 10 - 10:30 am. There is no fee for stalls at this rodeo and they are on a first come first serve basis. There will also be one bale of straw in each stall when you arrive. You are welcome to bring more. If you use shavings, you will need to clean out the stall completely before leaving the complex. This is not necessary if you use straw. Be sure to bring a Current Coggins, Proof of Rabies, & Health Certificate for each horse brought into the Farm Show Complex. These are a MUST HAVE to enter the Complex. You will receive your parking pass and wristbands when you arrive at the Farm Show. David will be picking them up prior to Rodeo so we will not be mailing them out due to the time frame. Anyone that is helping with the raking barrels and poles for our HS Rodeo, please contact Amanda @ amandavikingflooring@gmail, as soon as possible. We have been asked by Eileen Lang, WPRA First Frontier Circuit Director, for volunteers to help with raking Barrels, at their Circuit Finals on Jan 15th, 16th, & 17th. We would like to have 9 volunteers per performance. Anyone that is interested and can help, please contact me, as soon as possible. Lastly, we would like to have someone volunteer to head up a food room for Sat, Jan 10th. Anyone that is interested in planning this, please contact me. This needs to be put together as quickly as possible. Anyone that has sold their Lottery Raffle Tickets, please hand them into Brock. Also remember to bring you 2 shirts that were giving to you by Amanda. You will be wearing the Green Shirt for the 9 am Perf. and the White Shirt for the 5 pm Perf. If anyone should have any questions or concerns, you may contact myself, David L. or Jen R. These will be your contacts for anything needed. Thank you and Happy New Year to Everyone.
