We are getting down to the wire. Easter is fast approaching. What to feed everyone for breakfast tomorrow morning or Easter Sunday? Overnight French Toast Cut 1 loaf of French bread into 8 thick slices. Combine 5 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning combine a 20 oz. bag of whole strawberries, 4 ripe, sliced bananas, 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon apple pie spice. Put in a greased baking dish. Top with prepared bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
