We are getting the funds together to send out 2,000 Christmas shoe boxes through the Operation Christmas Child program! This project is in addition to other shoe box projects that we regularly do each year, so it’s exciting to being doing something a little extra! Now we are in need of some real-time, hands-on help! Our shoebox packing party is scheduled for Saturday morning, November 15th, at 9:00 a.m. We need helpers to pack these boxes! We will have a row for the boys’ boxes and a row for the girls’ boxes! And we’ll send our packers packing down the rows, packing boxes with all the items that will be available. All our ducks in a row! There will be other things happening as well where we’ll need help. All in all, we’ll need about 75 or so volunteers at least. The more we have, the faster it will go. Would you please consider meeting with us in the church gym that morning to help us get this done?
