We are getting the word out on a dog with Paws Giving Independence that is looking for a home. Please share Bailey and lets find her a home. Meet Bailey Bailey is a very intelligent, lovable and loving dog who would make a wonderful addition to someone’s life. Bailey has been in training to be a service dog but is now looking for a home where she can be a loved family pet or maybe a therapy dog. She’s 3 years old at our best estimate and needs her forever home. No one knows what breed mix she is exactly but our best guess is cattle dog mix weighing around 55-60 lbs. She is medium to low energy and loves every person she meets. She does well with older children (over 6 years) and other non-dominate dogs (Ideally male dogs). She loves to greet people but does occasionally jumps up when she is too excited. She knows all her basic obedience, many service dog skills, kennels quietly, loves to cuddle, walks well on a leash, is house trained, doesnt chew on anything, and is medium to low energy. We’d recommend a home with no small children or small animals (no cats). She does chase bikes and small animals when she gets too excited. She loves to tug, chew on her bones, play and run.
