We are grateful to Rabbi Doug Friedman and his wife Bonnie for the gift of a big, beautiful gourmet pear when they visited Rod in the hospital Saturday and for the big pot of delicious chicken vegetable soup and three loaves of home-made bread lovingly crafted by Viorica Oros and delivered today by her husband and our former pastor John, both of whom also visited Rod at Kaiser. These dear ones are the reason why we can enjoy a delicious and nourishing meal at home tonight as we celebrate Gods gifts of healing and a new year. Happy New Year to all
